Processing & Shipping Time

We take great care in preparing your order and strive to process all purchases within 3business days of placement.

If, for any reason, your order has not been processed within that time, please contact our Client Care team at shipping@chardaiskin.com.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.

Please note that, due to our efficient fulfillment process, we are unable to guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has been placed.


Returns 

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. A return shipping fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our Client Care team at returns@chardaiskin.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Returned products that have been opened or used must remain at least three-quarters full to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to decline a return or refund if a product does not meet these conditions.
